Colorado Bend State Park - Backpacking!

Notes: The park is about an 1 hour and 45 minutes from Austin. We'll likely travel in two groups. An early group will leave shortly after school is out to arrive and setup before dark. Folks who can't leave early will travel together at a later time. The early arrivers will help the late arrivers find the camp and setup.The camping is PRIMITIVE. You'll have to hike in about a mile to the campsite. You have to carry in all your equipment!! Saturday we'll hike to Gorman Falls and back (about a 5 mile round trip hike).If you don't know what to bring, lack equipment, or just need some help, let me know:
